Product Description
Atomizing drying machine is the high efficient drying equipment, to
make dry powder or granule from liquid, emulsion, suspension and
pumpable pasty liquid, especially for thermosensitive material, it
can keep color, original flavor and chemical feature of raw
material, and the finished dry powder or granule have good
quality,purity, fluidity and solubleness.
This equipment features by high accuracy & speed & efficiency,
simple production process, labor-cost saving, widely applied in the
industry of chemical, food, pharmacy, biochemistry, light
industry,etc.
Working Principle:
After filtering and heating, the air would enter into upper air-deployer
of drying tower, and then come in in hot spiral form. At the same
time, the raw liquid material would be atomized by tower from upper
inside, become the super tiny globule in mist type, the surface of
which would contact the hot air fully, then finished dry powder
would be achieved in short time and collected at the bottom of
tower and be discharged from cyclone separator, the gas would be
exhausted outside.

Simple and convenient operation
Mechanical atomizer is adopted, and driven by gear, speed is
stable, which make sure the fogdrop is uniform.
The direction and angle of hot air distributor is adjustable, which
ensure the fogdrop fully contact hot air.
Conjunction elbow is made of sanitary degree steel pipe, smooth
enough to avoide matereial blocked inside the pipe.
Wide application: food, chemicals, ceramics, basic dyestuff, etc.

Some Operation Issues:
1. Atomizating: Atomizing system must insure uniform spraying
fogdrops.
2. Hot airflow and fogdrops contacting: While the hot air come into
drying tower, user have to consider the air flowing way and angle.
No matter co-current flow, adverse current or mixed flow, user must
insure the sufficient heat exchange, which is the key way to make
sure the dry efficiency.
3. The angle design of pipelines and cone: It is pretty important
to choose the suitable angle, please contact us for more working
